The mysterious number 118

I have a mysterious number that keeps popping up all over my life.  118.  Sometimes it’s disguised as 108 or just 18, but more than likely it lands on trusty 118.  I woke up at 11:18 today and thought this would be a good day to write about my spooky number.

My exit home today is 18

My home room in high school was 118

My locker in Jr. high was 108 one year and 118 the next

My cashier number when I worked at stop & shop was 118

My Dad’s birthday is guess…..Jan. 18

The last two digits of my ss number ends in 18

I never get hired at jobs that have 118 in their address (happened a few times)

I have 118 spam comments

My friend has 118 kids she has to teach this year

Dave last week asked me if the mileage on my car was 118.  He was just throwing out a guess.

I can go on and on…….

Am I crazy or is 118 symbolic of something?  I don’t know, I think it may be bad luck.  Last time I went to the casino I had a voucher that read $18.18 and I ended up losing it all.

I have to get back to work.  Just two more clients left.

I went to bed at 4 a.m last night.  I didn’t even attempt to crawl into bed and fall asleep until 4 a.m.  I really need discipline.  Going to bed early might be harder for me than to quit smoking.

It’s the stupid netflix that has me hooked.  After I exhaust the Buffy the Vampire Slayer series, there will be another series just as good.  Like Californication, Dexter or Better off Ted.  I hear Weeds is good.

Okay, I really need to get back.

The number of veiws on my blog today?  18.

  1. Freaky number thing. Dexter and Weeds are both excellent shows.
